New Parrish Office

We are happy to announce that our new office in Parrish opened in January 2024. The address is 11565 US Hwy 301 N., Parrish, FL 34219. We are pleased to share that Dr. Natalie Borg, Dr. Samuel Dickmann, Alexis Scott, PA and Carlina White Youssouf, APRN are our full-time providers at this office. All patients that are scheduled for these providers will be contacted regarding any upcoming appointments to make any necessary arrangements. At the time of our call, if you would prefer to stay at the Bradenton location, we can help you make the switch at that time. We can’t wait to welcome you in our new home in Parrish.

To ensure that we are truly treating all of your medical needs we will obtain a complete medical history from you at your first visit and ask you to review and confirm the accuracy of your medical history throughout the course of your care at our office.

To ensure that we are providing you with the best medical care possible we strive to provide you access to evidence-based care through our patient educational tools as well as self-management tools that we will share with you.

All behavioral health needs are evaluated in our office and appropriate referrals are made to local behavioral health specialist.
